What does it mean?

Fuming is a strong British word for being extremely angry or "livid." It implies that you are so angry that steam could practically be coming off you! It’s a very common way for Brits to express frustration, whether it's about a delayed train or a missed opportunity. It carries more weight than just saying you're "mad."
