What does it mean?

While lush literally describes healthy, green plants, in British slang, it’s a popular word for something that is very attractive, excellent, or impressive. It’s often used by younger people to describe anything from a good-looking person to a delicious meal ("That cake was proper lush!"). It’s particularly common in South West England and Wales.
